We were there for Thanksgiving got right in at the bar had wonderful service. However the turkey dinner was terrible in my opinion. The stuffing was mush, the food was cold, the green beans were outstanding. I watched a woman send her plate back twice. The atmosphere was wonderful the service delightful. I will make sure to order something other than turkey 😉

Very nice steakhouse. Everything came out cooked as ordered. Everything was tasty. The wait staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. They have an extensive wine list as well. It's a very cozy atmosphere.

The oldest steak house in West Palm Beach. The atmosphere is amazing. It has that perfect old time steakhouse feel. Known for its amazing Prime cuts of beef Okeechobee offers the perfect steak for any special occasion. They have delightful seafood options as well. Just be sure to save room for a slice of their Classic New York Cheese Cake.

I was hoping this place was going to be like Washington DC's Prime Rib, delicious old school food with rich classy interior. Well at least the food is good. For the price the interior is sorely lacking and that's a big part of the high end dining experience for me. While this was a good meal I'd drive 14 more minutes up to PGA Blvd and go to the very classy , excellent Capital Grill for an expensive steak.

Cheers to Okeechobee Steak House and their fine takeout crew who prepped & took care of us on my birthday yesterday. 👏🏻The 9 & 13 oz filet mignon were remarkable & perfect when warmed up at home.The twice baked cheese potato & homemade coconut creme pie were equally as good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thanks again for a memorable birthday!

We come here often but today was extra special we sat at the bar and made some new friends! Bartender was SUPER friendly and he knew how to start great conversation. Today was my birthday so we came to start the night off with our regular. Ribeye tender as always. Cream corn was so delicious and to top it off the lemon drop martini were made to perfection! Thank you for always taking care of us as if we're family.

My first time there was on my Birthday! It was an amazing experience. The food was better than I anticipated. I enjoyed every last bite. My husband and I shared a calamari appetizer, crispy and fresh! For dinner we both had a filet mignonette, melted I. Your mouth. For dessert we shared a New York style cheesecake. Deeeeelicious!! Can’t wait to go back! Service was excellent!

Quaint, old style steakhouse with good service and good food. Knowing this is the oldest steakhouse in Florida is pretty cool. Every steak on the menu comes with a salad & choice of potato. GREAT VALUE. Surprisingly, I wasn't impressed with the bone-in Ribeye... it was just ok. I've had better Ribeye's and didn't think this was that good, though I would go back to try another cut as I liked the other meat at my table. On your birthday they give you a free NY Strip, or you can use the $35 value towards something else. AWESOME! Overall very good. I will be back.

Service was really slow. Food was good. However, my steak came out warm and not as hot as I'd like. Given the high price, I expect better service overall. Overall the food was good. I would try to eat here again to see if it was just an off night

Okeechobee Steakhouse is it true Steak and Seafood restaurant.They are the oldest steakhouse in Florida.They have a meat market on the property.I have the ribeye when I go there. Prime rib every Friday Saturday and Sunday only.Have you are a steak and seafood connoisseur do not miss out!

Oh my...... This food was so good!!!! Okeechobee Steakhouse is a real family owned Steakhouse that's been around since of 1947. There is absolutely no comparison between the food here and the food they serve at those corporate steak houses that proliferate today. My NY strip was cooked to perfection and the cheesecake, the cheesecake , the homemade cheesecake! I'll leave it at that.... they also have an event hall and a private dining room..

Great All Around Steakhouse- old fashion classic decor. Well versed servers. Excellent menu. I had the Palm Beach cut and was surprised at its tender flavorful quality. Ordered "pittsburgh" style(charred on outside). Cooked perfectly medium rare as requested. French Onion soup outstanding. Not a pretentious place, but they do it right. Little pricey...but very good

One of the best places in the area to go to for dinner/steak! They have great service and great food! You are sure to have a wonderful dining experiencing every time you go there. This place has been a local favorite for years and you wont be disappointed!

Meat? Less, and not that often,than when i was younger...but yesterday was one of these days!We've been to Okeechobee Steak House several times,never disappointed, always had a real great steak at agood price!Bone-in Ribeye, 27oz., or 0.77kg, was my choice, and it came very, very good!Recommend! Okeechobee is one of the beststeak houses you'll find, and in Palm Beach our first choice,when it's got to be a steak!

The oldest steakhouse in Florida is going strong with a busy happy hour and great prime aged steaks. The coconut cream pie was also delicious.

Definitely on the top end of pricey but delicious aged steaks, the best crab stuffed mushrooms I've ever eaten. Cory was fantastic. It was well worth the 2 hour drive to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Would definitely go back.

This restaurant knows steak.The prices seemed a bit outrageous until I took my first bite. Everything was so good I'm left rather speechless for leaving a detailed review, although I highly recommend adding the gorgonzola crumbles to your order.Outstanding experience all around.

Old Fashion decor with a great staff and food. Definitely a place to bring you family when in town. Happy to go here every time, nothing to complain about, just know the prices are a bit higher, but definitely understandable and worth it for the quality of the steak and the care the staff supply during your meal.

Wow. I had the NY Strip. It was so tender and cooked perfectly. Service was old school steak house. Three people asked of someone had taken my drink order upon being seated. The dessert tray was fantastic. I opted for the peanut butter pie. The Ladies room was immaculate and well appointed. This isn’t a restaurant, it’s a doning experience. Worth every penny.

Haven't bin here in about 20 years and it just the way i remember it. The steak tray showing all cuts of meat before you order and the dessert tray is my favorite! Wine was excellent! Well worth the money! I had the 8oz N.Y strip with a loaded potato and the best caesar salad I've ever eaten

I was pleasantly surprised. Lived here all my life and have NEVER been to Okeechobee Steakhouse. Came for lunch meeting. Service was A1. Food was deliciously prepared just as ordered. Only had water, but plan to return for happy hour. Space is roomier than it looks from the outside. I can’t wait to go back.

They were excellent from staff to food. It was great. I highly recommend this place you won't be disappointed..a little pricey but you get what you pay for..... Thank you Kevin the waiter.....

For starters we had fried calamari which melts in your mouth. I had the 14 oz Delmonico steak and my wife had the 8 oz strip steak which both were cooked perfectly the way we asked for. My wife was not a big steak eater like myself and surprisingly she finished hers before I finished mine. For deserts we shared a key lime pie and coconut cream pie and both were delicious. However the key lime pie seems a little bit too tangy for my liking. Overall this place offers great service and great food. Will definitely come back to this place.

From the service to the food this place is the phenomenal. The best steak in palm beach hands down. A bit pricey but worth it. Will be coming back for sure.

Absolutely delicious!! Of course it's a bit pricey, but it's the oldest family-owned steakhouse in So. Flo! If you have never been might I recommend that you visit for a most memorable dining experience.
